Service Desk Appointments

  • Sheridan employees

Sheridan staff and students can schedule service appointments to deal with technology issues that require a bit more time and effort to address.

Service Notes & Conditions

Appointments can be 30 minutes to 2 hours* in length and can be booked Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and between 1:30 p.m. - 8 p.m.

* 2 hour appointments are for Boot Camp service and is only available to Sheridan staff/faculty who are using a college owned or leased Apple computer.

Mobile Device Setup 15 minutes Students/Faculty/Staff
  • Assistance with setting up mobile devices for WiFi, email, etc.
Laptop Exchange <15 minutes Faculty/Staff
  • Pick up New Laptop and/ or Drop off current Laptop
Boot Camp Apple Computer 2 hours Faculty/Staff
  • Install Windows 10 on an Appe computer using Boot Camp (must be a college-owned/leased device)

How Do I Book an Appointment?

Appointments can be booked online for each campus Service Desk location. All appointments are held at the designated appointment desk at the locations listed below.
