If you are hired as a full-time employee, you will automatically be assigned a network account once your Human Resources record is created. Note that an account cannot be created until you have been assigned a Sheridan employee number.
If you are part-time faculty or part-time staff, your manager or his/her designate will need to contact the IT Service Desk to request an email account for you (once a Sheridan employee number has been created for you).
FCAPS instructors are sent a letter with their username and initial password. Alternatively, you may be notified by someone in your faculty.
Your Sheridan username and password is used to access a number of Sheridan systems and services, including:

If you are unable to change/reset your password using one of the self-service methods described above you can call the IT Service Desk for assistance.
You may call the Service Desk, Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. to request a password change. Due to security reasons we are unable to give out usernames and passwords by email or via online chat.
